I live out of state and I couldn't get my original gift out on time, so I thought I would send flowers for a quick fix. Wrong! All the other shops said I was too late and they couldn't help me. Not Mary Ann at Divine Ideas, she heard me out and said that if I was willing to take a piece that she had already done --that day, so it was fresh and new-- she would get it delivered in time. Now that is what I call customer service. Thank you Divine Ideas. The next time I need flowers I will be calling you. Satisfied and Smiling
